I am a Facilities and Property Management professional from the Philippines with nearly 23 years of experience in building operations, maintenance, and asset management. My experience covers the management of complex facilities across manufacturing, commercial, high-rise residential, and BPO environments, where I have built strong expertise in mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, safety compliance, staff and contractor management.
For almost eight years, I have been with Oryx International School, leading campus facilities operations, managing maintenance teams and contractors, and delivering infrastructure improvements with a strong focus on health, safety, and operational excellence.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball.
