Bio
My name is Simone and I am the Phase Leader of the Early Years Foundation Stage at Oryx International School. I began my teaching career in South Africa. Over the past 10 years, I have gained experience across South Africa, the UAE and Qatar, working in a range of British international schools. Since joining Oryx in 2019, I have been privileged to lead the FS1 and FS2 teams, supporting staff, families and most importantly, our children, to ensure they thrive and develop a love of learning from the very start of their journey.
Fun fact
A fun fact about me is that I’m a mum of three, so I get to experience the Early Years and school journey both as a teacher and as a parent.
