I was born in Belfast in the north of Ireland and I have lived there for most of my life. I moved to Liverpool to study sport and exercise science at Liverpool Hope University, I then went on to complete my PGCE.
I spent a year teaching at St. Vincent de Paul Primary School in Liverpool before moving to Qatar where I worked at an international school for two years before joining Oryx.
I come from a family of 5, which may be considered relatively small compared to other Irish families. I have an older brother and a younger sister. My mother and father have lived in Belfast their whole lives.
My main interests include sport, music, reading and travelling. I have played sport from a young age, most notably football, Gaelic football and basketball.
My aim is to instil a love of learning that will hopefully inspire the children as they continue their educational journey.
