- Mother’s Qatar ID copy
- Father’s Qatar ID copy
- Child’s Qatar ID copy
- Mother’s passport copy
- Father’s passport copy

- Two passport-sized photos of the child
- Child’s school reports
- Health Report for children up to the age of 6 years - obtained in Qatar
Who pays the tuition fees?
Parents are responsible for paying the fees directly to the school
When do I have to pay the tuition fees?
Tuition fees should be paid at the beginning of each term
How can I pay fees?
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Credit card facilities are currently unavailable. If you are applying for a place from outside Qatar, fees should be paid by bank transfer.
How do I get the tuition fees reimbursed by Qatar Airways?
The Qatar Airways employee should submit the fee payment receipt for re-imbursement up to the value of their Education Allowance via the Qatar Airways Intranet.
