Derek LaidlawExecutive PrincipalThese exceptional results are testament to the dedication and hard work of the students and teachers at Oryx International School. I would like to extend my congratulations to the students and thanks to the teachers for their outstanding application to their studies and teaching during such a challenging and demanding year.
The second cohort of International GCSE student results awarded represents a significant enhancement on last year’s excellent results, both in terms of numbers of candidates (278) and a disproportionate and increased trajectory towards the very highest grades.
50% of awards achieved the highest grades of 9, 8 and 7 (equivalent to A*/A) and 94% of awards were at grades 9 – 4 (equivalent to A* - C). An overall award rate of 99.75% represents a significant achievement for the students and the school.
