My leadership journey, spanning executive roles in both the UK and the Middle East, has reinforced a singular belief: schools are the heart of a community . Throughout my career, whether leading in large multi-academy trusts or international schools, my focus has always been on establishing a clear vision that results in improved student outcomes and creates a culture where every child feels they belong .

Personal Commitment
On a personal note, moving to Doha with my wife, Lianne, marks an exciting new chapter for us. As a father to two grown sons, I deeply understand the hopes and aspirations you hold for your children. I know that entrusting their future to a school is a significant decision, especially when living away from your home country.
I am a great believer in vitality and discipline, both in the classroom and outside of it. Cycling is my personal passion and I aim to ride 200km a week, so do not be surprised if you see me out on the roads enjoying Qatar’s beautiful cycling paths on the weekends!
