Oryx International School is recognized for its educational excellence.

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has awarded Oryx International School the prestigious “Honour Shield” as part of the Ministry’s Clear Flag initiative, 2023/24 and 2024/25 editions.

The award was collected by our School Principal, Mrs Smith, who was accompanied by our Head of Operations Mr Hashem, Ministry Liaison Officer Mrs Keddam and Executive PA Mrs Baki, who served as Ministry Liaison Officer during the period of the Inspections.

This prestigious recognition is granted to educational institutions that complete two consecutive years without recording any violations or complaints during local MoEHE inspections, thereby demonstrating a sustained commitment to the highest standards of quality, integrity and regulatory compliance.

The Clear Flag initiative officially recognises schools that make a difference in three stages:

Certificate of Compliance (1 year)

Honour Shield (2 consecutive years)

Clear Flag Trophy (3 consecutive years)

Receiving the Honour Shield reflects not only the consistency and effort of our entire school community, but also the dedication of our teachers, students and families in ensuring a safe, inclusive and excellent learning environment.
