Bio
I am an experienced education professional originally from Sri Lanka, where I obtained my Diploma and completed formal teacher training in the Montessori Method of Education at Havelock Gardens Training Centre. I have extensive professional experience across administration, banking, and education, gained through roles in Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. I joined Oryx International School in 2016 as a Teaching Assistant and, in 2024, transitioned into the Inclusion Department as a SEN Learning Support Assistant. In this role, I support students with diverse learning needs through targeted interventions and inclusive classroom practices.
Fun fact
I have a strong interest in exploring places I have not previously visited and in experiencing the diverse cultures of the world together with my family.
