I grew up in Ireland and graduated from St Mary's University College, Belfast with a Bachelor of Education Primary degree in 2011.
Since completing my university degree I have worked in England for a year teaching a Year 5 class. I then decided to travel for a year where I visited many parts of the world but spent most of my time in Australia. When I returned home I was eager to work abroad and I moved to Doha to teach. I initially worked in Doha for three years in an International School where I taught in the classroom as well as Physical Education classes before moving to Oryx.
My aim is to strive to develop my students and work to develop my own teaching career surrounded by excellent support staff, a friendly environment and amazing children.
I enjoy going to the gym and playing any kind of sport. I play Gaelic Football, here in Doha, and at home, I play Camogie which is another Irish national sport. I love to travel and see different parts of the world.
