Our Year 11 students at Oryx International School have been holding their breath in anticipation of their I/GCSE results. It has been a long road for students across the world since lockdown was imposed and virtual learning began. Our students rose to the challenges set before them from March with positive attitudes, and their application towards their studies was exemplary.
Our first cohort of Year 11 students have achieved excellent I/ GCSE results; the school is delighted to have recorded an exceptional number of high grades with 42% of all grades awarded at 9 / 8 /7 ( A*/A), the overall pass rate is 100%.

Our Executive Principal, Mr. Derek Laidlaw said “We are very proud of our students and would like to congratulate them on their outstanding success, which has been achieved through their considerable hard work and the support and dedication of our staff. I would also like to thank our parents for their unwavering support. We now look forward to our students’ continued progress at A-Level and BTEC next academic year.”
