Qualifications
I started my career in counselling in 2012, after graduating from Keele University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. Prior to this, I attended Staffordshire University, where I gained my BSc in Psychology and Criminology.
Bio
I’m from the UK and my first job out of university was a role supporting vulnerable adults with independent living, alongside working for counselling charities. My counselling work in the education sector started in 2018, at an agricultural college before I moved to Qatar with my husband and daughter in July 2023. I started my role in the Wellbeing Team at Oryx in October 2023 and have been here ever since.
Fun fact
In my spare time I enjoy being active, learning new things, listening to audiobooks and spending time with my husband and two daughters. We love travelling and exploring but I also appreciate opportunities for rest and relaxation.
