I graduated with a PGCE from the University of East London in 2011. Prior to this, I studied at the National University of Maynooth in Ireland where I graduated with an Arts Degree in English and Sociology.
I previously worked in a school in East London for four years, where I taught in Key Stage One as well as teaching and leading Early Years. Other leadership responsibilities have included Physical Education (PE) and Phonics. I am in my seventh year at Oryx International School, joining when the school first opened. I have progressed from leading Key Stage One and Key Stage Two to Assistant Principal where I have responsibility for Teaching & Learning, EAL and Phonics.
When I am not working, I enjoy many different sports
including Gaelic football and golf. I love to read and enjoy travelling.
