I graduated with a PGCE from the University of East London in 2011. Prior to this, I studied at the National University of Maynooth in Ireland where I graduated with an Arts Degree in English and Sociology.
I worked in a school in East London for four years, where I taught Year 2 for two years, Reception for two years and led the Foundation Stage. Other leadership responsibilities have included Physical Education (PE) and Phonics. I am in my sixth year at Oryx International School, where I started as a Year 1 class teacher and progressed from leading KS1 and KS2 to Assistant Principal.
When I am not working, I enjoy many different sports including Gaelic football and golf. I love to read and enjoy travelling.
