I graduated with a PGCE from the University of East London in 2011. Prior to this, I studied at the National University of Maynooth in Ireland where I graduated with a Degree in English and Sociology.
I previously worked in a school in East London for four years, where I taught and managed in Key Stage One and Early Years. Other leadership responsibilities have included Physical Education (PE) and Phonics. I am in my eighth year at Oryx International School, joining when the school first opened. Having previously managed Key Stage One and Key Stage Two, I became Assistant Principal and subsequently Assistant Vice Principal where I have responsibility for Teaching & Learning, Whole School CPD and EAL.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my young family, playing different sports as well as reading and travelling.
