A Focus on National Identity & Responsibility
At Oryx International School, we believe that education goes beyond the classroom: it is a journey of growth, values, and community service. On the occasion of #World_Education_Day, our students from FS1 to Year 12, participated in various activities designed to strengthen their sense of responsibility and commitment to National identity, preparing future leaders who will contribute to the development of Qatar with pride and determination.
A Day of Inspiring Encounters
One of the most #Inspiring moments took place when Year 10 students visited their Year 2 peers. During this meeting, the older students shared reflections on how education shapes the future of an entire nation and the importance of taking #responsibility for one’s learning. Through close and motivating dialogue, they conveyed to the younger students the idea that every academic achievement becomes a step toward personal growth and contributing to the country.

Thanks to this invaluable support, our educational programmes integrate social awareness and national pride, shaping generations equipped with the skills and values necessary to face future challenges.
“Eco-Warriors” and the Value of Healthy Eating
This year, our Primary School “Eco Warriors” made a difference by focusing on the theme of “Wellbeing.” Through interactive presentations, they taught their peers the importance of a balanced diet, encouraging them to eat more fruits and vegetables and choose low-sugar snacks. To reinforce the learning, they organised contests and awarded Dojo Points to those who demonstrated better food choices throughout the week. These actions aim to promote healthy habits, fostering care for the body and mind from an early age.
