Bio
I am originally from Spain, where I trained as a pianist at the Amaniel Professional Conservatory in Madrid. I later completed a Master’s Degree in Secondary Music Teaching Training at the Complutense University of Madrid, followed by further studies in choir conducting and specialist training in Dalcroze, Orff and Kodály methodologies in Salzburg, Geneva and Madrid.
After developing a blended teaching approach based on these three methodologies, I implemented it in several primary schools in Madrid. My first international teaching role was at Al Khor International School in Qatar, and I am now delighted to be part of the team at Oryx International School as a Music Teacher.
Fun fact
I also studied Architecture at the Technical School of Architecture in Madrid and worked in an architecture studio for two years.
