The Role & Purpose
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND/Gifted & Talented Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team.
This role involves working closely with students identified as Gifted & Talented and with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) ensuring they receive the support needed to thrive both academically and socially within our school environment.
The main focus of your role will be to provide suitable activities, experiences, support and challenge for students identified as Gifted & Talented. As part of our Inclusion team , you will also be required to support some students with SEND requirements, particularly in secondary school.
