About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Head of EAL to commence in August 2026. This role is ideal for educators with previous leadership experience in language support, including current EAL Coordinators or Heads of EAL in the UK or internationally, as well as experienced language specialists or inclusion leads ready to advance into senior leadership.

Our vision is to provide targeted, responsive support within a nurturing and personalised learning environment, where every child’s linguistic and cultural background is recognised and valued. Living and working in Shanghai
