Year 7 E-STEM have worked extremely hard during the first term creating their own Escape Block Game. They first learned all about security and ciphers, which then gave them the knowledge of Encryption and Decryption within Computer Science. They worked on codes such as Pigpen, Substitution Cipher and Transposition Cipher. Once this was finished, the groups moved onto maths coding and the use of numbers to crack codes.
Some of the group used their literacy skills to write a story for our Escape Block Game. This was then converted into a movie/trailer using our brand new iMac suite.
